About the Opportunity

The Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program represents the U.S. Air Force’s next-generation initiative to develop and field a fleet of semi-autonomous, uncrewed combat aircraft. Designed to operate alongside crewed fighters like the F-35 and F-22, CCA forms a human-machine team to extend reach, survivability, and lethality in contested airspace.

We are actively building a talent pipeline of leaders, innovators, and practitioners with direct background or experience in the CCA ecosystem.

This is a general pipeline requisition for individuals currently working in or transitioning out of CCA and adjacent autonomous defense programs. What We Look For

• Direct CCA Background: Experience working directly on, in support of, or within the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) ecosystem or related uncrewed autonomous air platforms.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record within prime airframe, autonomy, software, or defense tier-1 vendors and government enterprise teams.
• Domain Familiarity: Deep understanding of uncrewed platforms, crewed-uncrewed teaming (MUM-T), modular architectures, or military aerospace execution.
• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher preferred; ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances required.
